Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 small pear (grated)
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 tsp shelled hemp seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Soak 1/4 cup of chia seeds in 1 cup of coconut milk (or your choice of milk) for at least 3 hours or overnight
  • In the morning place some of the mixture in a bowl, grate some pear over it and drizzle with 1 teaspoon of raw honey. For a turbo boost sprinkle over some hemp seeds.
