Ingredients

  • 2 medium organic eggs
  • 2 tbsp milled organic flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp organic almond flour
  • to taste sea salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly (if mix is a bit thick add tiny amount of water or coconut milk)
  • pour the mixture into a pre-heated small frying pan with a hint of coconut oil
  • let set then flip - this can take about 5 minutes
  • cut into 8 quarters and leave to cool in the pan - helps dry out
  • Use as a slice of bread !
