- 2 medium  organic eggs
- 2 tbsp milled organic flaxseed
- 2 tbsp organic almond flour
- to taste sea salt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly (if mix is a bit thick add tiny amount of water or coconut milk) 
- pour the mixture  into a pre-heated small frying pan with a hint of coconut oil 
- let set then flip - this can take about 5 minutes 
- cut into 8 quarters and leave to cool in the  pan - helps dry out 
- Use as a slice of bread !
