- 1 medium celeriac
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Turn the oven to 200 degrees C (180 C Fan)
Place the coconut oil in a baking tray and place in the oven to heat up for about five minutes
Peel the celeriac and slice into 1/2cm thick slices - Cut these further into sticks
Place the celeriac sticks in a bowl and rub in all the dry ingredients
Take the baking tray with the hot oil out of the oven (carefully) and add the coated celeriac sticks to the tray
Using large spoons or thongs move them about until they are all covered in the hot oil
Place the tray back in the oven and bake for between 30 to 45 minutes until cooked and nicely browned
