wash and dry all the fruit
core the apples and pears and slice them into 1/2cm thick slices
in a dehydrator - place the sliced fruit in a single layer on a sheet. Set the dehydrator to 57 degrees C or 135 degrees F and let the fruit dry out for 6 hours
in the oven – place the slices of fruit in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and set the oven to 60 degrees C or 140 degrees F and let the fruit dry out for 6 to 8 hours or overnight until they are no longer moist
Place them in an airtight container to keep fresh
