- 1 kg Grass fed beef bone marrow
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 Cloves garlic crushed
- 1 tsp dried thyme (optional)
Heat the oven to 160 degrees C (fan) 320 degrees F
Place the rest of the ingredients in a pestle and mortal and turn into a paste (you can also place it in a food processor)
spoon the paste over each bone marrow
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
serve as it is or scoop out the marrow and use as suggested above in sauces like spaghetti bolognaise, soups, muffins, meatballs and anything else that your child will find appealing
