Ingredients

  • 6 whole radishes
  • 2 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp runny honey
  • 1/4 tsp good quality sea salt

Instructions

  • Whisk together the lemon juice, honey and salt and set aside.
  • Grate the radishes and combine with the honey and lemon mixture and serve.
