Ingredients

  • 8 large lettuce leaves
  • 4 medium radishes, julienne
  • 1/3 large cucumber, julienne
  • 1 large carrot, julienne
  • 16 small meatballs
  • 1 medium lime

Instructions

  • Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and allow to large leaves per person.
  • Julienne all the vegetables.
  • Place pre-cooked meatballs either hot or cold in the lettuce, add the julienned vegetables with a squeeze of lime and wrap them up or eat them like a taco. For the recipe for the meatballs please see the introduction.
