- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 4 medium radishes, julienne
- 1/3 large cucumber, julienne
- 1 large carrot, julienne
- 16 small meatballs
- 1 medium lime
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and allow to large leaves per person.
Julienne all the vegetables.
Place pre-cooked meatballs either hot or cold in the lettuce, add the julienned vegetables with a squeeze of lime and wrap them up or eat them like a taco. For the recipe for the meatballs please see the introduction.
