- 100 grams kale
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1.5 tbsp almond butter
- 1 sprinkle sea salt
Set the oven to 150 degrees Celcius.
Take the kale off the stalks and cut or tear into large pieces.
Mix the coconut oil and almond butter and rub all over the kale until each piece is covered nicely.
Place in a baking tray in one layer - you may need serval trays for a large batch, sprinkle generously with sea salt and place in the oven. Halfway through turning the crisps over for a really crunchy bite.
Remove from the oven and let cool and munch away.
