Ingredients

  • 100 grams kale
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 sprinkle sea salt

Instructions

  • Set the oven to 150 degrees Celcius.
  • Take the kale off the stalks and cut or tear into large pieces.
  • Mix the coconut oil and almond butter and rub all over the kale until each piece is covered nicely.
  • Place in a baking tray in one layer - you may need serval trays for a large batch, sprinkle generously with sea salt and place in the oven. Halfway through turning the crisps over for a really crunchy bite.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool and munch away.
