This is a simple porridge recipe taken to new heights of flavour and nutrition. I love using sprouted oats which is now easily obtainable in most supermarkets to help make the oats super easy to digest. If you can’t get hold of sprouted oats then use normal porridge oats and soak them overnight in water or your favourite plant-based milk. The sprouted oats in the recipe are from Rude Health. You can use any topping you like and change them based on what is available to you. My kids love the paleo granola from Planet Organic sprinkled on top of chopped bananas. The porridge is also super delicious with a serving of homemade blueberry jam.
