Contraindications for IonCleanse® by AMD footbaths
There are certain contraindications with the IonCleanse® Systems. Click here and scroll down to page 4 of the IonCleanse® Premier® instruction booklet and view the complete list.
We recommend any person falling into one or more of these categories NOT use the IonCleanse® System. Please check with your medical practitioner for further advice.

- People who have a pacemaker.
- Organ transplant recipients.
- Pregnant or nursing women.
- Anyone on medication, the absence of which would cause mental or physical impairment, such as psychotic episodes, seizures, etc.
- Anyone on blood thinners (Coumadin or warfarin) or medications that regulate heartbeat.
AMD recommend that all practitioners record a client intake prior to using the IonCleanse® footbaths. They also offer their IonCleanse® Foot Bath Release Form on their website for you to download and use in your practice.

We aim to ship orders within 3 business days of the order being placed in. Some orders may require extra lead time, in which case we will notify the customer upon receipt of the order. For orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier service, a tracking number will be supplied to you once the item has been processed. Orders sent using Royal Mail first class signed-for service do not have tracking numbers, but will require your signature. Brainstorm Health will pay all customs and duties related to the importing of the products from the USA to the UK. You will be responsible for payment of any customs costs, duties and taxes applicable to your order at your destination.

Please contact us prior to the return of any products or the return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned the addressee. Brainstorm Health accepts returns for products sold through our website if the product is faulty or not as specified, or under the following conditions and circumstances:
IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® Packages
Brainstorm Health accepts returns of the IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packages up to 60 days after the date of receipt of the package. If you wish to return your IonCleanse Solo or Premier you must inform us in writing either by email or postal service and wait for confirmation from Brainstorm Health that the request has been received. We will then give you full instructions for returning your machine to Brainstorm Health. If you inform us of your intention of returning the machine within the 60 day period and the machine arrives after that 60 day period, the machine will be returned to you and you will be liable for the cost of shipping and insurance for returning the machine back to you. The cost of replacing any used, damaged or missing components will be deducted from the return amount due. Occasionally the Brainstorm Health offices may be closed for a short time, for instance during the Christmas period or during Bank Holidays or summer holidays etc. Brainstorm Health reserves the right not to take delivery of returns during those periods. If your 60-day return date expires on a Saturday or Sunday or a UK Public Holiday, the machine must be received by Brainstorm Health by NO LATER than the previous business day. You will receive all possible return dates in full when you contact us to discuss the return of your machine. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time of receipt of your item for the refund to be processed.
Brainstorm Health accepts returns of all other products up to 30 days after the invoice date. Products must be returned unopened, unused, and not damaged for a full refund. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount due. Opened or used products are non-refundable. Please allow up to 15 business days from the time of receipt of your item for the refund to be processed.
All shipping fees, including return shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Any claims for damaged, missing, or defective products must be reported to Brainstorm Health within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
